Milk&You’s Breastfeeding Cafés and groups provide a warm and welcoming environment for parents, their infants/children and anyone else they wish to bring along for support!
Peer Supporters are on hand to provide breast and bottle-feeding help and information and they welcome questions from friends and family who want to talk about infant feeding too.
Our support aims to help mothers succeed in breastfeeding their baby for as long as they wish to, while offering help to parents who also choose to bottle-feed in line with the Baby Friendly Initiative (UNICEF) . Our project aims to bring families together, supporting health and social wellbeing in our community.

Fundraise with us, or for us.
You can help support the activities of our peer support service by fundraising. We are always grateful for our community’s support whether that be joining in our events and activities, individual parents making donations or groups holding bake offs or sponsored runs… We also welcome businesses to raise money, donate items to the donation bank or the regular raffles we hold. Long-term funding is also very much welcomed, and we love to establish new networks with businesses and other funders to continue providing a safe, warm and friendly environment for families helping them gain social support and by reducing poor health outcomes for mothers and babies.
To let us know what you would like to do, please get in touch with us to discuss further by emailing email@example.com

“Bethany and the team have been so helpful and so kind. I don’t know what I’d have done without them. I also know that some breastfeeding groups can be funny about combi or formula feeding etc but when I was thinking of trying it, they were still so kind and supportive and gave me all the information I needed to make sure I could continue to breastfeed too.”Mum A
“The ladies continually provide support and guidance with the complexities of breastfeeding. Support group sessions are great for meeting other mums and talking about issues or learning new ideas.”Mum B
